I was boarding a flight if Indigo from Delhi to Bombay & return also . This was my first time with this flight operators and found them okay. Planes did look clean and polished. Both flights were on the scheduled time. The staff(ground & air)was well groomed and did a good job. The only thing I didn’t approve was the way they didn’t allow personal magazines. Food served was payable and was more of a snack kind of serving. The fare they charge is worth the services being provided. I recommend it for economy travelers. All the best with your travel.

The services are good but the flights aren’t that punctual. I am happy to have used Indigo quite a few times and India should have more such airlines. The seating space and the service provided by Indigo is very good. They just need to pickup with the Punctuality and should involve themselves in many more sectors. It’s a good airline to fly within India. Keep up the good job INDIGO…………

It has got the best LCC in India.I think Indigo is the best airline out of all the low cost flights in India. No extra frills but they mostly run on time. All planes of Indigo are nice and clean looking

I was flying IndiGo Air from Pune to Delhi along with my family.T his was our first flight on a budget airline. Surprisingly, the aircraft was very spacious and has comfortable seats, a real necessity for me since I was traveling with my 5 year old daughter. The ground staff was also courteous and the initial interface with the airline crew was very pleasant. Our aircraft took off on time and landed on time too. As expected, there was no meal served on board and we had to pay to get even two biscuits! Only the water was for free. We had anticipated that and had carried food with us, so it was not such a problem area for us. If the airline sticks to its timings, it is definitely one of the comfortable budget airlines today.

I used Indigo airlines for my trip from Kolkata to Delhi. The weather on that day was wasnt that good. i took a sigh of relief when i saw that indigo was on right time! Check-in was also fast and ok. The security check for passengers was also proper. The flight staff and attendants were courteous. you’ll feel good to be in the Indigo as their flights are brand new. you can freely buy snacks and drinks on board. i suggest you to take indigo flights for the economy class section.

The flight was tidy and clean. it didnt look brand new but the the seats were comfortable in a way. The air hostesses were realy caring and so was their hospitality. The only thing i didnt like was that they didnt offer any subsidiary food.

Me and my wife weer traveling on Indigo flight for the first time. Check-in was efficient at both ends, service was friendly. we did get our seats together as we had reserved them. Though the seating is a little bit cramped in typical LCC fashion, but given that the flight was only 2 hours in length, it wasn’t that much of an issue. HYD-DEL sector was on-time. Overall, IndiGo is a good choice for traveling domestically within India on a budget.

flight offered an On-time performance, comfortable (but not very glam) interiors, professional ground staff and cabin crew and decent food. The only hassle was the reservation website did not accept internationally valid credit card.

Very good fare for the flight although booked only a day in advance. Check in was efficient. Took 5 minutes and no queue. Security and boarding took longer with the indigo staff ding nothing to control passengers breaking the queue. The aircraft was a new A320 - plain interiors but clean and modern. Security procedures taken seriously and crew were friendly throughout. water provided free and food on board reasonably priced. All in all a good experience.

The best part was that I could carry my own food on board to eat. They allowed food items like cold snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, snack bars and biscuits. For our own convenience, messy, oily or smelly food items were restricted onboard.
