I found Jet Airways offering Consistently Good service. Jet Airways is an airline operator that has been around for a long time and is a great airline. They recently increased the leg space in the aircraft by removing a line of seats!!! I like them. They have good loyalty program too.

Seat was comfortable too. Cost cutting measures evident. The amenity kit provided was empty with just basic moisturizer lotion and toothbrush and toothpaste. No eye masks or ear plugs. The sea food option was not available - I was given a substitute meal. The lounge is Brussels is well serviced, but too overcrowded. The second leg of the flight was nothing great. The entertainment system for business class was very limited and had an outdated choice of movies. Again the menu card which was given to us had signature dishes by a 3 star chef but the meal option was not available. I was offered a standard meal of Chicken Stroganoff. Again a simple amenity like ear plugs was not available. The crew said they dint have it on flight. Just before landing there was a snack service but again the option on the menu card was not available. I dont see any point in handing out menu cards when they dont have anything available from it. An okay flight but with being a 3 star airline with overpriced business seats does not make it worth it at all.

Superior service, great food and hard working. I enjoyed the linens and non- plastic food containers. B777 would be better if it was a 2×4x2 configuration, but I guess the seat pitch compensates. Domestic flight on a 737-700 a great experience. India airline products are way ahead of North America now, and considering the low cost of a domestic ticket there is no excuse for the shoddy service we get in the US and Canada.

The aircraft were clean and comfortable, crew couldn’t do enough for me and the catering offered excellent choice and quality. As with previous respondents, one is forced to ask why does the Management of this airline tolerate such a very poor Lounge facility in its home base? Such a contrast with the lounges at Heathrow and Bangkok and such a shame. It’s time to invest in an exclusive lounge at Mumbai !

Recently completed a round trip on Jet Airways from Delhi to London on B777. The outbound was in Business - on the return I was upgraded to First. Generally in Business the product has remained the same, service standards top notch and so was food. A real disappointment is the disposable water bottles which are tiny 100ml bottles. On my return, I was flying First class having never experienced this before. I was thoroughly disappointed. Upon leaving the AA Admirals lounge at Heathrow, there was no escort to the gate and each passenger had to stand in serpentine queues. Upon boarding, the crew looked rushed. Jet First is generally empty, and had mostly upgrades. The seats are great, so is the screen, and the noise cancelling headsets. The wine list has all the top wines and spirits and some nice cocktails. The food is identical to that in business class except on different crockery. There were no hot/cold towel service at any point of the flight. Pyjamas and inflight kits had to specifically asked for. In addition, there was too much noise from the galley of cutlery and movement for one to get a decent nights sleep, in fact there was very annoying. No breakfast, nor juices nor beverages were served in the morning despite this being listed in the menu.

Check in the was quickest I have experienced in the recent times. there lounge was decent with free internet connectivity (wifi was there!) good selection of snacks at the counter. Cabin looked clean, crew was attentive, good food, IFE neat with good selection of programs. Return flight was a similar experience.

The lunch was served after flight took off. The flight reached Chennai by 0030 in the morning and we were expecting a dinner two hours before the landing - to our surprise just a small cutlet was served. The cabin crew was inexperienced and rude. In fact, they had forgotten to serve the lunch for two to three people and those passengers went without any food for close to 8 hours. Even when they went to the host and asked for food, the same was not served and the air hostess then came and pleaded sorry from the passengers.

I used Jet Airways London to Mumbai. I found the staff helpful and polite. Check-in was quick and the gate procedure was clear and we were kept informed. The flight was eight and a bit hours. The food was very good with linen and real cutlery. The cabin crew worked hard to keep us happy. Videos were a decent selection. For me it was the legroom! I think it is similar to BA premium economy.

Recently i travelled from delhi to london non stop and found the flight relaxing and good.The meals are good but should be more filling drinks were non stop and the staff were polite and seemed to be well trained cabin facilities were good and air route chosen was safe and exiting
