Bellview Airlines and its subsidiary - Bellview Airlines Sierra Leone Ltd - have developed into market leaders in their respective countries - Nigeria and Sierra-Leone.
In 1989,
Bellview began as IATA approved travel agency named 'Bellview Travels Limited' located in Lagos, Nigeria. In October 1992, the travel agency transmogrified itself and became an airline, starting with executive chartered operations with a Yakovlev (Yak-40), which is a local jet transport aircraft. Bellview Airlines started scheduled passenger services within Nigeria, using a rented DC-9-30 series aircraft, in 1993.

Bellview Airlines serves 11 destinations in Africa, including Johannesburg (South Africa), Freetown (Sierra Leone), Dakar (Senegal), Abuja, Lagos, Kano and Port Harcourt (Nigeria), Monrovia (Liberia), Conakry (Guinea), Accra (Ghana), Banjul (The Gambia), Libreville (Gabon), Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) and Douala (Cameroon). It flies to London in Europe. In India, Bellview Airlines connects to Mumbai.
